Heart and Mind Wellness is currently an in-network provider with Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, and Cigna. Heart and Mind Wellness is an authorized out-of-network provider with Tricare!

To make your healthcare journey as smooth as possible, we accept PPO insurance plans. As an out-of-network provider, we will file claims directly to your insurance company. We also welcome patients with other insurance plans and those who wish to pay with cash. Please contact us to discuss your coverage and payment options.

Fees

Our cash payment options are as follows:

Initial evaluation: $500
Follow-up evaluations: $300-$500

We have partnered with Reimbursify for you to easily submit your claims for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement at no cost for this practice.
